Model 24 training stick grenade, this is a very good example of this grenade. The head still
retains almost all of the red paint finish which denoted it was for training and not a live
grenade. It also has the quite rare original wooden handle with the "Ub" stamped into the
wood. "Ub" also denotes training...the red paint is also on the top collar that the head
screws into. The handles were quite often replaced with normal handles as these grenades
were used so often the original handles were damaged during practice. The makers mark
and date is also stamped into the grenade head.

Model 24 training stick grenade, another good example of this practice grenade. The
makers mark and date can be seen on the grenade head. This example has an original
replacement handle..most likely because of damage to the original handle during use.

WW.1 egg grenades, both of these grenades were found on the Island of Jersey after the
German Occupation of the Island.
Both grenades are in good condition, with what appears to be the original finish on them.
£30 each.
S mine (S.Mi. 35) metal carrying case for 3 mines. This case still has a lot of it's original field
grey/green paint finish to it as well as being  3 letter coded cty and waffenamnpt. The internal
fitting has been removed like so many others which were used for tools or nuts and bolts in
later years. But it still holds 3 mines nicely as the horse hair padding is in place. In good
condition for its age.

S mine (S.Mi.35) with a S.Mi.Z.35 pressure igniter. This is one of the first S mines that I ever had,
I was ground dug here on the Island in St.Ouen's bay which during the war was heavily mined. It
is pitted all over the body but is still solid. It is still even possible to see the white ink waffenamnpt
stamp on the lid (not bad as it was buried for in excess of 40 years) the lid even has it original
paint on it, this I believe survived better than the body of the mine because of the waterproofing
substance that the Germans must have applied to the top of all such mines to stop wet and damp
getting in once buried.
A nice example of a mine from Jersey.
£75
27mm Flare container for 6 flares made of Bakelite. This container still has its original label on
the lid indicating that it held 6 green star flares. It is also dated Mai 1941. The container is in
really good condition and has the usual marking that are found on Bakelite on the inside of the
base.
£45
Circuit  tester for the various models of engineers exploders. This piece is in very good
condition and if you are missing it from your own exploder then its a must. It is connected to
the terminals of the exploder and then the exploder is fired, if the bulb lights up on the tester
then you know the exploder is working OK.
