I have been collecting for some 38 plus years now and am
still looking for any interesting items that may be still out
there.
These days, items that have a definite Channel Island
connection are high on my wants list, such as:
Soldbuch/Wehrpass from German soldiers who were
stationed in Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm.
Also loose photos or complete albums showing troops in the
Islands, as well as maps of the Island.
Feldpost, internee mail, Red Cross messages, permits,
Identity Cards and all other paperwork relating to the Islands
is sought after.
German helmets in original condition are also another
weakness of mine, as are accessories for the mg.34 and 42
machine guns.
Some of my collection of mg.34 and
mg.42 machine guns.
Boxed optical equipment as well as radio's are also of
interest.
Another area of interest is in my Stoewer R200s radio car,
(Le.Pkw. Kfz.2(fu)). I am always on the look out for any spare
parts for the car which may come in useful one day in the
future. Such things are not common these days but I live in
hope that items I need may come to light in the back of
someones shed.
The Stoewer, all ready for its outing on Liberation day 2001.

I am looking for any soldbuch or wehrpass from German soldiers who were stationed
in the Channel Islands during the Occupation. I have some really intersting examples,
and there are around 200 in the archive to date. There are examples from the Heer,
Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, Organisation Todt and the Rotes Kreuz.
If you have one and would like to part with it then please email
