2nd pattern folding cable layer. This example is in very good condition and is well
stamped up. It has the maker stamp as well as the Luftwaffe acceptance stamp on it.
It could have been used by the Fallschirmjager. There is even a nice waffenamnpt
stamp to the leather work. Once the cable drum has been removed the frame itself
collapses down making it easy to transport or store away. I have not seen too many of
these compared to the 1st pattern layer which are everywhere.

WW.2 German canvas and leather tool roll. This piece is in near perfect
condition with no damage to speak of. I am not sure exactly what the roll held in
the way of tools but am sure such an item would have had multi purposes within
the German armed forces. It may well have held the tools for a Kubelwagen or a
Schwimmer. There is a maker stamp in the leather stap but i cannot make out
the name.£45
