Grand Admiral's car pennant and staff.
This pennant and staff turned up from a private estate here in
Jersey. It is most likely that it was a souvenir brought back by a
serving soldier who either came from Jersey or retired here after
the war.
This pennant would either have been used by Grand Admiral
Raeder or Grand Admiral Donitz on the front left wing of their
cars. Even the fitting from the wing on the car is there retaining
the staff and pennant. If anyone has a photo of this pennant on
the wing of a car please email me a copy.

Here we have a silver plated tea pot and milk jug from the Reichs Kanzlei in Berlin. Made
by Wellner they are the standard pattern for use by visitors to the Chancellory. They were
puchased by myself at the end of 2007 having been in another collectors hands for quite
a few years. He had acquired them from a local dealer who sold them as Red Cross
translating the RK as Rotes Kreuz. Luckily for me this error was not noticed by anyone,
even I knew them as the Red Cross teapot and milk jug although I was never totally sure
that that was correct. It was only when I was flicking through an auction catalogue the
penny dropped and I realised RK was in fact Reichs Kanzlei.
