Here are some of my handguns from my collection. Luckily here in Jersey, Channel Islands we
have different laws to England and we are still able to own pistols and use them on the range.
Self loading rifles are also allowed, and we can also have machine guns which have been
converted so that they can only fire one shot at a time. I have one of only 3 such MG.34's on the
Island. It's not as good as fully auto, but its better than a de-activated gun
This is one of my tanker jacketed MG.34's, seen here fitted with the quite rare saddle drum top
cover and saddle drum. Unfortunately it is a MG.15 saddle drum and not a proper MG.34 one, but if
you have a good example please let me know if you want to sell it.
A few more pistols with holsters, all of which were found locally and had been hidden away after the German Occupation of the Islands.

These are 2 of my favourite rifles to use on the range, a G.43 and a K.43, these are much
sought after these days. They can often fetch twice as much de-activated than in working order.
Whilst the law allows I aim to keep them for special days on the range.
Standard tanker jacketed MG.34 in ground fire configuration. This type of 34 was mainly used in
armoured cars and tanks as well as in heavy fortress bunker mounts.
I have just taken this photo (August 2010), I have been wanting to do this for ages but the
opportunity has never arisen before. All the guns in this photo were found here on the Island
having been left on the Island by the German armed forces after they surrendered, with the
exception of one of the Lugers. The Luger in question was "captured" and kept as a war souvenir
by the late Billy Butlin, of the Holiday Camp fame. He picked it up on his way into Germany during
the war and brought it to Jersey when he moved to the Island.
