Luftwaffe n.c.o's peaked cap. This cap has a metal wreath and cockade and is
in overall very good condition. The waffenfarbe is an orangy colour. A good
original example of an n.c.o's peaked cap.

Traditionsverband veterans peaked cap in very good condition. This example still
retains its full celluloid diamond to the inside of the cap with "Kyffhausermutze"
and the logo on it with an Iron Cross. The inside of the leather liner band is also
stamped with the makers mark and a date of 1940.The outer band has alternate
Iron Cross and the veterans memorial embroidered on it. This is a very nice
example.

Civil Fire/Police helmet, double decal complete with liner and chin strap. It appears that this
example was used post war and had a coat of black paint applied over the outside to cover
the decals. This has been removed to reveal the decals again, it could be improved on with a
little work.
£125
Deutscher Reichkriegerbund Veterans organisation peaked cap. This is a very nice example
of a cap that is not so easy to find these days. It has the national cockade fitted to the front
and underneath is the golden wreath with the war veterans insignia in it. The outer band has
embroidered alternate swastika's and the veteran's memorial. On the inside of the leather
liner band is the original makers label in perfect condition. Such caps are overlooked, but
they will soon become scarce as collectors gather them up as items get harder to acquire.
£125
Artillery officers peaked cap. This cap is a typical classic of the time and is still in great
condition. It has the metal eagle, wreath and cockade. The interior still has the complete
celluloid diamond in place, showing the maker to be Carl Lippold of Braunschweig. This would
be a hard cap to better in condition and would look great in someone's collection. Good caps
have nearly all dried up these days and new ones on the market are mainly from old
collections which are being disposed of.
£395
Artillery n.c.o's peaked cap. This is another classic cap of the period in lovely condition Metal
eagle, wreath and cockade. This cap also retains its diamond to the interior giving us the maker
details, M.Drechsler Muenchen. Unfortunately someone at sometime appears to have tried to put
a ink date stamp on the inside lining of the cap and then someone has tried to remove it. This
has caused a whitening to the cap lining material but thankfully it has not affected to outside of
this totally original cap.
£375
Transport officers peaked cap. This is a superb cap which has a wonderful overall shape to it. It has
a metal eagle, wreath and cockade. On the interior it has a complete undamaged celluloid diamond
giving the make as Erel of Berlin. Caps of this quality are few and far between these days. Opinions
may differ as to which service the cap actually comes from according to what colour you see the
actually see the waffenfarbe as, I see it as transport.
£450
Medical officers peaked cap. This example has a wire eagle, wreath and cockade. The condition is
superb and would be an excellent addition to any collection. The celluloid diamond is complete on
the interior, giving the maker as Alkero and a size of 58.
